Toxicology is the study of the adverse effects of chemicals, drugs, and other substances on living organisms, while pharmacology is the study of how chemicals affect biological systems, especially in terms of therapeutic effects. In our Toxicology and Pharmacology Laboratory, we conduct experiments to determine the toxic and pharmacological properties of different substances.
Toxicology and Pharmacology Laboratory is a scientific facility dedicated to study the toxicological and pharmacological aspects of chemicals, drugs, and other substances, including small molecules, peptides and phyto compounds. The goal of the laboratory is to understand the mechanisms of action of these substances, determine their toxicities and evaluate their safety and efficacy for therapeutic purposes.
Toxicology and Pharmacology Laboratory is equipped with various instruments and equipment, such as cell culture systems, animal testing facilities, and qPCR. Our researchers use in vitro techniques, such as animal cell culture assays, to study the effects of substances on isolated cells. We also use in vivo techniques, such as animal experiments, to study the effects of substances on living organisms in a controlled environment.
The data collected in the laboratory is analyzed and interpreted to determine the toxicity and pharmacological properties of the test substances. The results of these studies can be used to inform regulatory decisions about the safe use of chemicals and drugs and to develop new treatments for exposure to toxic substances.
Our Toxicology and Pharmacology Laboratory is a critical component of the scientific community, dedicated to understanding the effects of chemicals and drugs on living organisms and developing strategies for safe use and potential treatments.
Our Vision
To be a world-renowned Toxicology and Pharmacology Laboratory known for its cutting-edge research and contributions to the field.
Our Mission
