K. Abirami

K. Abirami is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology at SRM Arts and Science College, Chengalpattu. Her Ph.D. thesis entitled "Transcriptional modulation and antimicrobial role of immune molecules during infection with Aphanomyces invadens in striped murrel". Her current research interest is in Molecular biology, Medical Microbiology, Bioinformatics, and Biotechnology. She is working on Multidrug resistant bacteria (MRD) and functional analysis of synthetic peptides.
