• Rachitha. S is a Postgraduate student at the Department of Biotechnology currently working on “Isololation & Purification of Chondrotin Sulfate from coral reefs & marine sediments & Anti – Osteoporotic effect on Zebrafish” under the mentorship of Prof. A. Jesu Arockia Raj (Research), Department of Biotechnology, College of Science & Humanities, SRMIST, Kattankulathur.
• Her internship includes “Study on Tuberculosis” under Dr. S.Sivakumar Scientist & Head of Department of Bacteriology, ICMR – National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis, Chennai, India.
• She has completed her Bachelor’s in Life Science from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College for Degree & PG courses, Visakhapatnam, India.
• Her research interest includes and expertise include Genetic Engineering, Animal & Industrial Biotechnology, & Zebra fish Models.
