• Mr. Gokul. S is a research scholar, department of biotechnology currently working on evaluating plant-based small molecules and their semi-natural analogs in alleviating oxidative stress and inflammation in Zebrafish models on PCOS and diabetic complications under the guidance of Prof. A. Jesu Arockia Raj (Research), Department of Biotechnology, College of Science and Humanities, SRMIST, Kattankulathur
• He has completed his Bachelor's and Masters in Biotechnology from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tamilnadu, India.
• He has published several research articles and presented the research at national and international conferences.
• He is a trained scholar in Bioinformatics, Animal cell culture, and basic molecular biology techniques
• He has received the Best poster presentation for the paper entitled "Therapeutic strategies using Neem analogs towards PCOS zebrafish" at An International conference on "Antimicrobial resistance and microbiome under changing climate" (AMRMIC 2022), Pondicherry University, India
• He received a Gold medal for the best paper presentation entitled "N2 Alleviating PCOS in zebrafish" on Research-day 2022, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tamil Nadu, India
• He has received the Best paper presentation- Natural products and In-silico approaches to Diabetic retinopathy, National conference on "Computational Biology and Medical Biotechnology in Health care" (CBMH19) Satyabhama Institute of Science and Technology-Chennai, India.
• He received a gold medal for Academic Proficiency in the French Language from the Department of French, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, 2018.
